Gold River is a prestigious planned community just outside metropolitan Sacramento in Northern California. Gold River Community Association (GRCA) is the master association for 25 separate sub associations, also known as villages, within the community.
Some of this information is considered privileged to each village; in order to view all of our website, you will be asked to sign in with a password. Please note you must be a GRCA homeowner in order to become a user on our website. Users can view their village’s Board of Directors and Committees roster, budgets, insurance disclosures, meeting minutes, newsletters, and have search capability specific to their village documents.
