List of Current Public Services available as of August 3, 2009:

Services Available Mon-Friday, 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.:

·   Clerk-Recorder (public records/licenses)

·   Neighborhood Outreach and Community Facilitation

·   Capacity Building for Neighborhoods/Businesses

·   Utility Bill Drop-off

·   Animal Licenses

·   Parks Passports

Services with date/time changes:

·   Building Permits/Plan Check – Mon-Tue 9:00-12:00 p.m. & 1:00-4:00 p.m.

·   Code Enforcement – Mon-Thu 3:00-4:00 p.m.

·   Transportation Services – Tue & Thu 1:00-4:00 p.m.

Discontinued Services:

·   Business Licensing representatives at the Center are no longer available on Thursdays.  However, business license and fictitious names forms are available at the center and you can also apply online.

·   Planning Department representatives are no longer present at the center.  However, we are working on ways to expedite plan review when needed.
