Gold River's Manor Homes III was incorporated in 1989 by Powell Development.   The Association has a five person elected Manor III Board of Directorswho each serve two year terms.  Board meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Gold River Community Center.  The Association's annual meeting is on the third Tuesday in October at 7:30 p.m.  The Association's monthly dues cover common area landscaping, exterior painting, roof repair and replacement, private street maintenance, and property insurance. Members of this village may search or download their documents by clicking here.
