Empire Oaks Village was incorporated in 1995 by its developer, Robert C. Powell Developement.  A total of 6 single family homes have been built in this fully built-out association. Front yard maintenance, exterior painting of home and fence, streets, gate, and street lights are maintained by the association and is included in the monthly dues.  The annual meeting is the third Wednesday in October at 7:30 PM at a designated member's residence.  The three Empire Oaks Board of Directors are elected for a one year term and have quarterly meetings held in January, April, and July at the Gold River Community Center (date and time to be establish and notice given by the Board of Directors).  Members of this village may search or download their documents by clicking here.
